Physicist Murray Gell-Mann found the word for a fundamental particle of matter, the quark, in James Joyce's Finnegans Wake and named it in 1964. We named this tool after that discovery, because every story is made of something smaller.

A software engineer, UX designer and screenwriter based in Bengaluru. His short film Ruh has won 8 festival awards, including at the Golden Lion International Film Festival, Critics Society Film Festival and Bangkok Movie Awards, plus honorable mentions at Caravan and Beyond Border. He wrote, edited, produced and co-directed KOAN: The First Murderer (2026) using Kwark. He built Kwark because he needed it himself.
